Verallia is continuing to monitor an Argentine glass acquisition proposal.
The container glass manufacturer has received an unsolicited proposition to acquire its 59.9% stake in its Argentina facility, Rayen-Cura, based in Mendoza.
The company said: “Due diligence on the potential buyer is ongoing.
"As a reminder, Verallia will only pursue this proposal if it fully enhances the group's Argentinian operations.”
